Eat Ribs and Build a Better World

This year, we need YOUR help...

Our Rotary Club has served Spruce Grove and the surrounding area for over 30 years, making it a better place to live, play, and work. The Grove Rotary Ribfest is a celebration of our community that we want everyone to feel welcome at.  First and foremost, we want you to enjoy yourselves, but we think it's important to know that your enjoyment will make the lives of others a lot better, too. We'll use the money raised by the event to fund our programs and causes in our community that help those in need, that provide amenities for Spruce Grove's citizens to enjoy, and to develop the leaders of tomorrow.

Our Community Pantry

In 2024, half of the proceeds from the Grove Rotary Ribfest will go to Our Community Pantry, a food security program run by the Rotary Club of Spruce Grove Community Partners Society. Each week, volunteers at the Pantry produce and deliver 700 bag lunches to feed hungry kids in local schools and prepare meals for families trying to improve their circumstances that need extra food support.

The remainder of the proceeds will fund the numerous other projects and programs of the Rotary Club of Spruce Grove. Look around town for the "Rotary wheel". You'll find it on trail improvements, playgrounds, literacy backpacks at the library, on the clothing worn by young leaders, and more.
