Each rib truck has a different menu when it comes to sides and combos, but the following menu lists the main items and their costs. Rib trucks take cash, credit, or debit.

• Inflation Vacation: 1/3 Rack Pork Ribs, Beans & Slaw or Cornbread - $16
• Half & Half: Half Rack Beef Ribs & Half Rack Pork Ribs - $50
• Family Special (Feeds 4): Full Rack Pork Ribs, 1/2 Chicken, 6oz Pulled Pork, 2 Beans & 2 Slaw - $70
